Suprise and Delight Campaign

In the early stages of my time at ABH, I sought out a way to find new and upcoming talent and introduce them to ABH.  In addition, I found a lack of gifting customization which has become a huge focal point of the influencer industry. I decided to combine the two problems and create the Surprise and Delight Progam. From seeding smaller influencers, bringing in known creators, and gifting the average consumer this program creates a space for new relationships for the brand. Below are the key points and takeaways of this initiative and why it continues to bring ABH to the next level in the influencer space.

Authentic Connection

When working with influencers, the brand always wants the relationship to be as authentic as possible. This program allowed us to connect first hand with the influencer to help with that first step in our connection. 

Customization

As mentioned, more and more creators are looking for customization when it comes to brand send-outs. Through this program, we were able to provide specific product orders that we believe would suit the creator and their staple products. 

Increase in EMV and Awareness

Through this program, the brand was able to see a skyrocket in EMV and retention month as well as brand awareness through potency and authenticity of creators.
